  6. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This ZS End-User License Agreement 
  7. (''EULA'') is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a 
  8. single entity) and ZS for the Zem Soft accompanying this EULA, which 
  9. includes computer software and may include associated media, printed 
  10. materials, and ''online'' or electronic documentation (''SOFTWARE 
  11. PRODUCT'').

  13. BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, 
  14. YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
  15. OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

  17. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the License 
  18. Agreement, Zem Soft grants you the right to use the Software in the 
  19. manner provided below.

  21. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, 
  22. you are to promptly delete each and any copy of the Software from 
  23. your computer(s).

  25. This is a freeware product. It reclaims all the freeware laws to 
  26. protect it's registration.

  28. Because it is a freeware product you can do the following things-
  29.      
  30.      ╗ You can distribute it freely to your friends and other 
  31.         known persons.
  32.      ╗ You can make any number of backup copies of this free 
  33.          software for personal use.

  35. This software is protected under the international freeware law 
  36. of treaties. By distributing or copying this product commercially 
  37. will break the laws. At the time of using this software you 
  38. can't do-

  40.       ╗ Attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate or disassemble 
  41.          the Software in whole or in part. 
  42.       ╗ Run the Software under a debugger or similar tool allowing 
  43.          you to inspect the inner workings of the Software.
  44.       ╗ Rent, sell or copy to someone for commercial purposes.

  46. By obeying these rules you can safely use this software.

  48. COPYRIGHT. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE 
  49. PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, 
  50. animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated 
  51. into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT),the accompanying printed 
  52. materials and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are 
  53. owned by ZS or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is 
  54. protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

  56. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any 
  57. other copyrighted material.

  59. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT 
  60. WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
  61. INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR 
  62. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ZS IS NOT 
  63. RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF DAMAGE PRODUCED 
  64. WITH IT. SO USE THIS PRODUCT AT YOUR OWN RISK. BY 
  65. USING THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT,YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT 
  66. ALL LIABILITY REGARDING IT'S USE OR MISUSE.

  68. ZS reserves the right to revoke your license if you violate any 
  69. or all of the terms of this license agreement, without prior notice.
